It is the policy of My Hearing Centers not to share our patient phone numbers with third-parties for any commercial use or marketing solicitations. My Hearing Centers may from time to time communicate with its patients by SMS text service in order to confirm or offer information about appointments, our services, special promotions, and related matters concerning the patient’s hearing healthcare.

If a patient should not want to receive communications by text messaging, they can respond to any given text by replying, STOP, and My Hearing Centers will remove them from future text messages. They can also express their desire to stop receiving text messages by informing the staff at the office where they are being seen.
